2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email our support desk:

Body: Please share your purchase email address and order number. Feedback on what didn't work for you is always welcome, though never required.
3. Processing via Dodo Payments
Refunds are processed directly through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
- Response Time: We confirm and trigger your refund request within 48 hours of receipt.
- Card Issuer Processing: Once initiated via Dodo Payments, funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
4. License Deactivation
When a refund is completed, the license key is marked as revoked on the license server. On your computer, Vayli is deactivated on the next successful license check (not instantly), after which the app returns to its locked state. Your local notes, clipboard history, parked files, and settings remain untouched on your machine.
